“To any Starship within the sound of my voice, I am Nevarre of Kryll. I am seeking assistance. My Sector Post has been damaged. Please respond. Repeat, to any Starship within the sound of my voice, I am Nevarre of Kryll...”
The message repeated itself. Over and over. It had been repeating itself for years, ever since he had finally managed to get any part of the Communications Array functional again, with no answer. Nevarre was beginning to lose faith that anyone would come. He was trying to keep himself from falling completely to the despair. After all, he was all that stood between the enemy and all of the technology Sector Post 46 contained. And this simply could not fall into that Power’s hands.
But he was tired. So very exhausted. Ten Cycles alone on this base had been nearly unbearable! He thought he must have improvised every system the Station possessed into the shields and weapons thousands of times. And now he had only the shields.

Korra smiled slightly at the man. She could sense the excitement even from here in the Triune's Central Tower. And she could sense the beginnings of it in the man to her left, the Healer. The other, the Warrior, was more cautious. But that had always been his way. And she was the Bridge. The CenterFocus. It was her task to keep the other two balanced and to speak for the three of them.
She reached forward and touched the Communications Activation Crystal. "Which Post, Iymarr?" She asked calmly.
Iymarr, the Communications Array Controller, keyed the commands into his terminal which would scan and pinpoint the post. "Sector Post 46, Triune." He enthused. "And, Triune?" He paused, awaiting their command to continue as was proper. He may have been excited, but he was not disrespectful.
"Yes, Iymarr?" Korra prompted gently, electrum-colored eyes focused on the man rather than the instruments behind him. Let him tell his findings.
Iymarr's smile widened. "The signal was sent from Nevarre of Kryll..."
