Personal History & Notes

Personal History		Alexander was born on a stormy night in Inverness to lord Carl De Wynter and lady Angelina Dewynter. He was the second son born to the Dr Wynter's. Alexander may have been the second child, but he was loved and treated as his brother Ethans equal. Alexander's life always appeared normal as his family treated him as you would expect. When he was four Alexander was ”diagnosed” as telepathic. He immediately started intensive training in order to control it. The training was often difficult and as Alex tired he would after lose control as more of his abilities manifested. Due to this Alex often wore an inhibitor collar, it was due to the side effects of these collars that his family's companies worked to modernize the collars so that the side effects here lessened. During all of this at the age of eight Alexander was betrothed as was one of the customs with the aristocracy. A few years later his betrothed dropped off the map apparently her parents and his had made some agreements, but his betrotheds parents were unable to grease the wheels appropriately. As it was things continued for the DeWynters though it was never left alone that the woman Alex was to marry needed to be found and that this needed to go through. The family though for all of their insistence on their tradition and the face saving let Alex do what he would. So by the time Alex was seventeen he had a few dalliances. In the year following his seventeenth birth he started medical school having graduated college at the age of seventeen. A short time after his graduation his parents hired investigators that his parents to find the woman who he was betrothed to. During his fifth year of residency Alexander began research in his families biomedical company on prototype treatments, as well as reviewing old studies into the effects of some older treatments. Shortly after his twenty-first birthday his parents were informed that his betrothed was going on a generational ship. Over the next year they pulled strings in order to get him on to the ship which she would be on. This is what brought him to the Far Voyager.
